I liked it. I paired this with my regular gymnastic strength work out. The slide to hollow was challenging for me. I started to drop from hands to elbows to chest instead of just colapsing when my strength gave. I'm also surprisingly not sore from this exercise. the push to elbow went well too. I couldn't maintain smooth transistion for every 30 sec interval but I did keep working as hard as possible.
