Just getting back into things after lots of health issues. Scaled this to 4rds and 30sec full handstand holds. I enjoyed it though and I feel it did what it was suppose to for where I am at. Thanks Coach Carl!
Anybody feeling yesterday's workout? Never done planches for time before. I feel a little something right under scap, feels good, thought it would be more chest-centric.
Practiced for about 7 mins and did the handstand rolls first. It's been awhile, but they turned out pretty well. Back extension rolls were ok too. What should our hand position be on those? Neutral like a press/push-up or turned in or what?
Wow superman rocks are hard! And the fatigue is cumulative by the 2nd last round of 5 (maybe I'm just weak) I was struggling with the last couple of seconds of the L Hang's and my superman rocks were dismal. I think I was looking alot more like a rock.
Can you maybe offer some scaling for this? For those of use who don't have a 30 second L Hang.. should we accumulate 30 seconds within the round or scale to a shorter hold?
How often should you train your L sits? I love the site but damn Carl you make this shit look easy!
Yes, it is one full cycle of rocking back onto shoulders, rock forward to feet down touching the ground, then back onto shoulders again. Check out the progression: http://gymnasticswod.com/content/hollow-body-progression-pt2
I was curious what constitutes one hollow rock. Is it rock forward and then rock back s or just half that?
